shoulder press 4x12 (45, 40, 40, 40)
lateral raises 4x10 (17.5, 17.5, 20, 20)
dips 3x10
tricep kickbacks 3x10 (15)
treadmill 10 mins intervals
the entire rest of the week was toast. Kid got surgery on thursday and everything is off track.
I did some kettlebells friday and saturday at home but nothing high intensity.
back in the saddle this week!! its been 2 weeks of half assed nothing due to travel and kid stuff.
