monday 6/22 workout

yee-ouch!!  heavy legs workout today, i am going to be very sore tomorrow. it was great.

squats:
1x15 (bar)
4x10  (85, 95, 105,105)

walking lunges with EZ bar
3x15 (35, 45, 45)

lying leg curls , superset with seated calf raises
3x15 (55, 70, 70)  (curls)
3x15 (45, 70, 70)  (calf raises)
