i only had about 20 minutes today so I snuck in a super fast sprint workout. whew. my legs will HURT tomorrow, because they already hurt badly from yesterday's weight workout.
I set up 2 treadmills next to each other to save time, it was awesome!
15 minutes of:
30-40 seconds sprint at 9.6-10.0, 1 minute walk at 3.6 to recover
