monday chest and shoulders OUCH

today was awesome. i love working chest and shoulders. my favorite! my arms are too shaky to type fast now however.


1. Incline Dumbbell Press
12x20, 10x22.5, 8x27.5, 8x30
Incline Dumbbell flyes
12x15

2. Flat Dumbbell Bench Press
4x10 (27.5 for first 3 sets, then 30 for last set)

3. Overhead Dumbbell Press
12x20, 10x22.5, 8x20, 8x20

lateral raise
1x12 (12.5)

4. Tricep Overhead Cable Press

12x30, 10x40, 8 x50, 8x50

bench dips
1x15
