bodyweight circuit

fun bodyweight circuit out at the pond today! the weather is amazing.

3 times, no rest:

15 x jump overs vault
15 x negative pullups
15 x pushups
15 x stepups each leg
15 x jump over
1 minute box jumps

i finished with 4 20 second sprints, 40 second walk

then jogged half a mile in 4.5 minutes.

fun!
