I meant for my tuesday am workout to be my 'extra' workout because i'd planned to run some intervals in the afternoon. alas, my sinus infection had other plans for me, so it was good that i'd snuck in some kb work in the morning.
basic kb circuit with 20 pound KB, approx 17 minutes
alternating one-armed swings (10 each side)x4
20 goblet squats
20 upright rows
one armed rows x10
repeat
then I ended by attempting to snatch the 25 pounder, 3 times each side, 2 rounds.
