sunday kettlebell madness

I ate a bunch of crap for breakfast (pancake, 2 biscuits, fried eggs) so I decided I needed an extra workout to feel better.

Here's what I did:

circuit 1 with 20 pound KB
15 goblet squats
15 swings
5 snatches each side
5 clean & press each side
repeat 3 times

circuit 2 with 25 pound KB
15 Overhead swings
15 upright rows
repeat 3 times

I feel so much better!
