whew. ladders~

Jet lag set in pretty crazy last night. I fell asleep at 9 pm, but woke up at 11, 130 and 330. finally got up at 522.

met my workout partner in gym at 630 for a quick cardio ladders work out.

5 min warm up (elliptical)
ladder 1 (elliptical)
ladder 2-4 (treadmill, ending with 9.5 sprint that KILLED me)
5 min cooldown

coffee time!
