wednesday weight circuit

with 15 pound dumbbells:

Start with Squat and overhead press combo
Thrusters
Rest 1 min
lunges with bicep curls
mnt climbers
Rest 1 min
Step ups with lateral raise
high knees
Rest 1 min
Standing tricep extensions
butt kickers
rest 1 min
Repeat circuit X 3
