fitness goals for 2010

Fitness Goals
  1. Deadlift 1.5 times my bodyweight. At goal weight, I will need to deadlift 200 pounds. I will accomplish this in December 2010. Current max is 135 pounds.
  2. Bench Press 160 pounds. I will accomplish this in May 2010. 135 is current max.
  3. Do 1 set of 10 pullups. Max is 2 now. Will get to 10 in September 2010.
  4. Be able to complete 100 KB snatches in 5 minutes with 12 kg kettlebell. I will accomplish this by December 2010.
  5. Lose final 12 pounds and weigh 133. I will accomplish this by April 30th 2010. Aiming for 3 inch loss in abdominal fat.
  6. Prepare for, and attend Hardstyle Kettlebell Challenge workshop in fall 2010, location TBD.
  7. Complete 1 half marathon in February 2010, at a time faster than 2:30. February 14th, 2010.
  8. Complete 1 sprint triathlon, finishing 5 minutes faster than 2009 time. I will accomplish this by September 2010.
