friday kb workout
10 mins TGU practice with 20 pounder. felt good overall. form is getting better
15 minutes one handed KB swings with 20 & 25 pounder. sets of 10. very little rest in between.
5 sets of Clean and press
3 sets of racked squats
3 sets of snatch practice with 20.
