today was hard!

5x5 assisted pullups (40, 40, 40, 55, 55)

3x15 lat pull (90, 90, 90)

4x10 bicep curl (15, 15, 12.5, 12.5)

3x10 hanging leg raises

2x15 bosu medicine ball tosses

ouch!
