tuesday heavy weights

in a hotel gym without any barbells so I had to modify today's workout with dumbbells:

heavy day 5 sets 10 reps

Full squats - (30 pound dumbbells )

Incline bench press- (30 pound dumbbells)
Lat Pull (5x10) (90, 90, 90., 80, 80)

Military Press-20 pound dumbbells

Standing calf raise 2x25- 35 pound dumbbells
