Met-con workout with Step and 5 Pound weights:
4 rounds of:
20 stepups each leg with lateral raise and bicep curls
20 cross punches
20 upper cuts
10 squats
10 squat jumps
1 minute mountain climbers
4x10
bosu slow crunches
