sunday funday

hubby got me a membership at golds gym near the house so i can have more workout time at nights and weekends without going back up to the office. i am PSYCHED

today:

Barbell complex with 30 pound barbell, 3 rounds, 10 sets of each, no rest:

bicep curls
bentover row
upright row
overhead press
squat
stiff legged dead
good mornings
conventional deadlifts

tricep presses with 35 pound plate (3 sets of 10)

lame attempts at pullups from a dead hang (3 sets of 3 half pullups ;) shoulder was feeling wonky.

abs:
3 sets of 20 hanging leg raises
3 sets of 15 pushups
1 set of weighted incline crunches with 10 lb medicine ball

lots of stretching

sprints:
1 tabata circuit (8 rounds of 20 sec on, 10 sec rest ) @ 10.0 MPH

4 sets of 20 seconds @ 11.5 mph with 40 second rest

long hot shower. then home. much much better now.
