I only had about 25 minutes so had to make today a super fast cardio day.
warm up: 3 x flexed arm hang (approx 30 seconds each)
KB swings: 4x50, slow and steady with 25 pound KB
1 set of 8 swings with 45 pound KB just for kicks
Treadmill sprints: 8x30 seconds @10 mph with 30 second walking rest
I like to set up 2 treadmills side by side, one at 10 mph and the other at 3.8 mph. I move over for my active rest periods. I get a lot of crazy looks when I do this, but I prefer the active rest versus just standing on the side of the treadmill.
