monday weights

today was tough but it was a nice combination of exercises that wiped me out without killing me.

4 total rounds:
Upper 2 pullups, 5 pushups (5 times each round)

Lower walking lunges with 10 pounds on EZ bar x 15


abs with medicine ball:

obliques 4x10

crunches 4x10
