progress

with some personal stress, a weird diet, and some missed workouts, I was not expecting good results this weigh-in.

But here is the beginning of month 3 (month 1 totals for comparison):

Weight: 143 (148)
Chest: 36.5 (36.5)
Waist 29 (30.5) !!! woohoo!
Abdomen 31.5 (33.5) woohooo!
hips: 38.5 (38.5)
thigh 22.5 (22.5)
arm 11.5 (11.5)

so down 5 pounds AND 2 inches of waist gone. AWESOME
