great workout today. i'd missed my kettlebells so much!!
200 KB swings (25 lb)
10 minutes jump rope
(alternating sets of 20 with 1 minute jump rope. i kept mixing it up)
30 kb snatches each side (20)
20 kb presses each side (20)
2 minutes jump rope
6 x 30 seconds sprint @ 10 mph with 30 second rest
4x10 hanging knee raises
