quick sweaty kettlebell workout today:

3 rounds with 25 pound KB:

20x kb swings
20 x kb squats
20 x kb swings
20x upright row
20 x presses (10 each arm)

2 rounds with 20 pound kb:

20 x swings
20 x presses


2 rounds with 35 pound kb:

20x sumo squats
20 x deadlifts
