saturday legs @ home

No way to get to the gym today so I improvised a legs workout at home:

Goblet Squats (35 lb KB) 3 x15

Stiff legged dead lifts (35 lb KB) 3x15

Single leg lunges (25 lb KB) 3x15 (each leg)

Plie squats (35 lb KB) 3x15
