saturday kettlebells

oh how i've missed my kettlebells! they are back! I think my energy level is nearly back as well. I just hit 18 weeks pregnant, and I'm feeling better suddenly.

today's workout:

this circuit 3 times: (very little rest in between exercises, approx 1 minute between sets)

20 swings (25 lb)
20 one handed swings (20 lbs) - left
20 one handed swings (20 lbs) - right
20 swings (35 lbs)


then 3 circuits of:
20 swings (25 lb)
20 one handed swings (alternating)
