sunday kettlebells

18 minutes of kettlebell fun!

I'm starting to feel way preggo these days, so I decided to try to mix it up with circuits of mostly one-armed swings (to avoid the growing belly)

I did 1 minute circuits, with 20 second rest.

first 4: one armed swings with 20 pounds

second 4: regular swings with 25 pounds

third 4: one armed swings with 20 pounds

fourth 4: combination of presses with 20 pounds and squats, in sets of 20
