monday dumbbell circuit

circuit with 10 pound dumbbells:

round 1: (2 times, no rest)
dead lift x10
sumo dead lift x10
one legged dead lift x 10 each leg
chest press x10
chest fly x10
close in chest press x10
alternating chest press x10 each arm

round 2: (2 times, no rest)
full squats x10
high squats x10
low squatsx10
shoulder press x10
upright row x10
alternating shoulder press x10 each arm

round 3: (2 times no rest)
bicep curls x10
hammer curls x10
outside curls x10
tricep pushup x10
tricep walk out push ups x10
tricep press one arm x10 each arm
