monday kettlebell

We were wrapping up at the beach this morning, so I grabbed a quick awesome KB workout right before we left. WOW- was this one sweaty:

(20 lb kb)

100 onehanded swings- alternating every 5 swings

10 goblet squats
10 deadlifts

(repeat 3 times- no rest)

then finished with 75 2-handed swings.
