saturday kettlebells

it was a bad week of workouts....I missed tues-fri because of some crazy work meetings.

so I did kettlebells at home this morning:

3 rounds of:

one handed swings x100 (20 lbs)

deadlifts x15 (25 lbs)

4 rounds:
swings x15 (25 lbs)

2 ladders, 5 rungs:
overhead press (20 lbs)

2 rounds:
goblet squats x15 (25lbs)
