2 rounds of circuit, one minute each, with one minute cardio in between:

leg press (100, 115)
chest press (40, 40)
lat pull (70, 70)
lunges
pec deck (40, 40)
low row (40, 40)

cardio was:

elliptical
side lunges
reverse lunges with pushup
incline walk
elliptical
ball crunches
