thanksgiving kettlebells

quick KB workout at home this morning:

10 rounds of 20 swings, alternating between 2 handed and 1-handed. mostly used the 20 lb KB, sometimes used the 25 lb.

4 rounds of 10 Deadlifts, followed by 10 goblet squats (with 25 lbs)

4 rounds of 6 presses, each side with 25 lbs.

I'm nearly 33 weeks now, and feeling strong all over, but the swings are starting to be tough with this big belly in the way!
