34 weeks in my pregnancy and trucking right along with the weights. I'm feeling pretty good today. But this belly is getting HEAVY.

incline DB press (20, 25, 27.5, 27.5)
reverse grip pull down (80, 90, 90, 100)
Round 2:
10-10-10
stiff legged deadlifts (25, 27.5, 30)
decline pushups
smith machine pullups
Round 3:
2x15
single legged deadlift (12.5, 12.5)
chest press (70., 60)
low row (50, 50)
