day 10- 21 day kettlebell challenge and a nice long walk

I did an 80 minute walk today pushing the stroller while my car was being worked on at the shop. it felt great to get out and about.

Then Day 10 KB swing challenge workout: 5 minutes of 30/30 intervals.

I followed this with 2 ladders of presses, 5 rungs each.

Overall, I'm feeling pretty strong, but I'm letting this extra weight bring my spirit down a lot. the daily struggle for clothes that fit is depressing. I have a closet full of 6 and 8s, and a few 10 and 12s hidden in the back. None of them fit. I'm currently wearing a pair of 12 jeans but they are DAMN hard to button. sigh. I know its only been 6 weeks, I'm just disappointed in myself for gaining so much weight towards the end of my pregnancy. There is about 15 pounds of this that was simply uncalled for.

ok, enough self flagellation. I am proud to already feel so strong and powerful. I'll focus on that for now.
