day 9- 21 day kettlebell challenge (3 days later) and an awesome weight workout!

Weights:

superset, no rest:
4x10 leg press (135, 135, 180, 180)
4x10 incline press (65, 65, 65, 65)

superset, no rest:
4x10 bentover row (60, 60, 60 60)
4x10 DB shoulder press (20, 15, 15, 15)

superset no rest
4x10 bench press (75, 75, 75, 75)
4x10 stiff legged deadlifts (70, 70, 70, 70)

4x10 lat pull (80,80, 70, 70)

4x10 hammer curls (10)
3x5 overhead barbell press (40)

And then....

day 9 of the KB challenge, which was tabata intervals for KB swings and planks.

then I finished with 2 20 second run intervals on the treadmill (@ 7.0 mph) to see if I remembered how to run. (I did, sort of)

wow! i feel great!
