I took a few days off because we headed to a ranch in west texas and i forgot my kettlebell!
Here's what I've been up to:
Sunday:
40 minute hike in the mountains (mostly carrying 35 lb toddler...thats got to count for something!)
10 circuits, no rest:
10 pushups (mostly on knees)
10 squats
Monday:
lots of pushups, squats, walking lunges and KB swings (using that 35 lb toddler!) ;)
Tuesday:
no real workout other than carrying the kiddos!
