monday 300!

finally- a proper workout! I took about 2 weeks off due to family traveling for the end of my maternity leave. I tried to stay active, ran some "sprints", played on a playground, threw some dumbbells around, carried some kids, but mostly...I rested. It was much needed.

Today- I did a modified 300 workout. It took about 22 minutes in total, and it felt great! I was going to do 15 minutes of KB swings at the end, but the baby disagreed.

The workout:

25 deadlifts x60 pounds (I used 2 KBs)
50 knee pushups
25 deadlifts x60 pounds (I used 2 KBs)
25 knee pushups
25 deadlifts x60 pounds (I used 2 KBs)
50 knee pushups
25 squat jumps
25 kb clean and press (touching the floor each time- 20 lb KB)
25 squat jumps
25 kb clean and press (touching the floor each time- 20 lb KB)
