its been a hard week around here. very busy and the baby was not totally feeling well after his first shots, so i had a hard time squeezing in any workout time.
finally today I got a very fast KB workout:
12 minutes of alternating:
KB swings x20 (35 lb)
cleans x 10 each side (bell to floor during each rep to keep heartrate up)
I did about 7 rounds total.
