thursday workout

chest and back day:

Bench Press
5x5 (95, 105, 115, 115, 115)

Incline Bench
5x5 (65, 85, 85, 85, 95)

Assisted Pullups:
3x10 (with 120 lb assistance)

Cardio:

27 mins on treadmill intervals, 2.5 miles (alternated btw 3.7 mph, 6.0 mph and 7.5 mph in 1-2 minute intervals)
