today was deadlift day!
conventional deadlift
5x5- all at 95 lbs,
1x10 @ 45 (form practice)
(I tried to go heavier one set but I could not keep my form right. I really feel like I should be able to lift a lot heavier on this...but baby steps, baby steps.)
stiff legged deadlifts

15 min uphill walk 12 percent @ 3.5 mph
KB circuit of one handed swings, 2 handed swings for 5 minutes (with 25 lb)
3x10 KB swings with 40 lb
