tuesday workout

I'm going into a muscle building phase and will be focusing on heavy lifting for squat, deadlift and bench press. today I focused on squats:

Squats:
5x5 with rest (2-3 minutes)

5x95
5x105
5x115
5x115
5x125


Sprints:
10 rounds of 30/30 intervals @ 8.5 mph
