fit Club 12 week challenge, day 2 of 84

Fun day today:

5 rounds of: (with different weights of dynamax balls, varying from 10-14 pounds)

20 granny tosses
20 chest presses
10 lunges & twist each leg
20 pushups & roll medicine ball
20 bosu crunches with med ball
