one week of fit club in the bag. i got my body fat results, and the situation is less dire than I'd feared.
Monday's workout:
30 second intervals, weights then plyo, 2 rounds of each circuit
2 leg circuits
2 upper body circuits.
i can't remember all the exercises, it was a lot of walkouts, jump lunges, squats and jumping jacks
ab circuit x2:
30 second plank
30 sec crunches
30 sec plank
30 sec lower crunches
30 sec plank
30 sec oblique crunches
