fit Club 12 week challenge, day 31 of 84

I think i've actually lost count of what the actual day is for fit club....I'll need to recount. today is the end of the 5th week of workouts. this week was all heavy weightlifting (my favorite!) in preparation for a week long break from group workouts. Next week is supposed to be all cardio. this will be a test! i love my weights!

Biceps/Triceps day:

5x10 - DB OH Press (27,5, 30, 30, 30, 30)

5x10 - cable curls (40,40,40,45, 45)

3x15 bench dips

3x15 barbell curls (ez bar with 15 added)
