fit Club 12 week challenge, day 35-42

cardio week for fit club:

sunday- 2.4 miles, 30 minutes

monday- 2.2 miles, 25 minutes

tuesday- 2.5 miles, 32 minutes (20 min was 20/40 sprint intervals)

wednesday- 2.6 miles, 33 minutes
