fit Club 12 week challenge, day 71

sunday funday workout on my own today.

19 minutes of Kettlebells:
8x tabata swings (40 lbs)
8x tabata swings (35 lbs)
4x tabata squats (35 lbs)
3 x Turkish get up each side (20 lbs)
3 mins of hand 2 hand swings (20 lbs)
