fit Club 12 week challenge, day 76

2 more weeks to go! I am down 2 pounds for this weigh-in and 9 pounds overall in the past 10 weeks. I'm pretty pleased, considering that I'm still breastfeeding and my diet has been less than stellar, to be honest.

Today's workout:

3x10 Ab Exercises
Hanging Leg Raise
Ball Pull-ins
Decline crunch
Ball passovers
woodchoppers
