fit Club 12 week challenge, day 78

Monday Bodyweight workout:

3 circuits, 1 one with 30 second rest in btw, second 2 with no rest at all.

30 seconds of each:
jumping jacks
high knees
butt kickers
in and out squats
triple lunges
single leg deadlift each leg
triple kick
spidermans
spiderman pushups
walkouts
divebombers
plank
tricep pushup
