week of 9/3

busy week of business travel and an illness on the road forced me to take some much needed rest days. here was the week:

Monday-labor day/hub's bday. - rest
Tuesday: workout before flight in am:
Dead lifts 4x8 (145)
Rows4x10 (70)with reverse grip
Lat pull 4x10 (80)
Pull ups 3x5(100)
Low row 4x10(70, 60,60,60)

Wed-rest and an evening trip to urgent care in palo alto (fun!)
Thurs-rest
Friday-rest and flight home

Saturday:
30 min treadmill @15 % @3.8 mph

Sunday:
300 KB swings (35 lbs)
100 KB snatches (25 lbs)
