friday workout

today was upper body, but sort of an overall awesome workout. It was one of those days where it felt like it wasn't so hard, but I know its going to kill me tomorrow when I try to get out of bed.

Pullups, 4 x 5 (slightly assisted on the last 2 sets, but I pretty much rocked the first 2!)
Boxing Circuit 4 minutes

3 rounds of punches with 5 pound weights for one minute
1 round of punching heavy bag

Back Extensions  4x10

(this one is going to HURT tomorrow!)

that was it, i feel awesome today!
