thursday cardio party

today was cardio day and I did an awesome workout. I wanted to try out some kettlebell exercises, but I'm too sore from my weight work to do much upper body.  So i stuck with swings to get warmed up, then moved to the treadmill for intervals

3x20 kettlebell swings with 25 pound kb

treadmill ladders:
30 mins  5x (1 min 3.7, 4.5,6.0, 7.2, 8.0) 
ended with 5 mins at 12 percent incline.

whew!
