Tuesday I did a 25 min ladders workout on the treadmill, 4 circuits of this:

1 min 5.5
1 min 6.0
1 min 7.5
1 min 9.0
It kicked my ass! I love how much I sweat doing ladders. I also feel smaller in the waist just from running those few minutes of sprinting!
