friday fun

good quick living room workout this morning, it took a total of about 20 minutes.

Superset circuit:
Hammer curl 4x10 (15)
mountain climbers 4x10

Upright row 4x10 (15)
squat jumps 4x10

Turkish get ups (no weight) 5 each side- WOW! I am lopsided. the right side was so hard for me. I'm VERY left handed/sided.

Kettlebell one-armed swings (20 lbs), 140 swings, no rest, switched hands every 10 reps
