friday workout

Back and bicep today. It was time to let these legs rest! It's been a tough week on my poor legs. I'm feeling pretty strong today, but tired. I forgot to write down my weights, but it was tough enough, not too heavy.

Low row (with high shoulder raise at end) 4x10
Lat Pulldown (close grip) 3x15

Ez Bar Bicep Curl 4x10 (40, 40, 40, 30)
Crossover Cable Curls 2x15
